Last updated: January 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alpine Air Heating and Cooling's website and HVAC services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Service Agreement
When you request HVAC services from Alpine Air Heating and Cooling, you enter into a service agreement with us. This agreement includes:
- A description of the work to be performed, provided before service begins
- An estimate or quote for the cost of services
- Any warranties or guarantees applicable to the specific service
For larger installations or repairs, we will provide a written estimate that requires your approval before work begins.
Scheduling and Appointments
We strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If we anticipate any delays, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule if needed.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a service fee for future appointments.
Pricing and Payment
- Estimates: We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Diagnostic Fees: A diagnostic fee may apply for service calls to identify problems. This fee is typically waived if you proceed with recommended repairs.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, cheque, and major credit cards.
- Financing: Financing options may be available for larger installations. Ask us for details.
